Currently working on a super chimp sculpt. Super chimp is a character from a science-fiction comic I wrote back in Cleveland, but did not publish. Here is the initial sketch:

I’m using super sculpey pressed onto a foil-and-wire mock up I made earlier, and adding detail as I go. Also chimps don’t have tails so I’ll probably leave the cane out just for correctness’s sake.

After Drawing something I really Like I tend to want to sculpt it. Maybe that’s part of my creative process? I have no idea, but either way sculpey rules and I cant wait to get this thing done and painted.
